Our Info-Line operates five days per week, from 9am to 5pm and is staffed by Educators who can answer your questions about HIV, testing, risk behaviours, staying safe, and so on. We understand that you may be very concerned for yourself, a friend or loved one; we take all our calls and our callers' privacy seriously. All calls are confidential; you do not need to tell us your name and we do not use call-display. You may also wish to utilize our Resource Library, or make an appointment with an Educator to discuss your concerns in person.
